Elkhart County Ptl. Adrian Zehr responded to a complaint of an unresponsive man at 238 Timberbrook Circle in Bristol around 11:30 p.m. Sunday. Police claimed Ptl. Zehr soon realized the victim may have overdosed on opiates and recognized the indicators. As medics arrived, Zehr prepared and gave the victim naloxone. Medics took the man to Elkhart General Hospital and released him.After responding to a battery at 203 W. Pike Street at 2:35 p.m.

At 7:13 p.m. Monday, an asset protection employee at Wal-Mart, 3802 Midway Road, Goshen, reported two youths stealing things. Police arrested and released both minors to their parents. At 2:50 a.m. Tuesday, Goshen police arrested three teenage females for curfew violations behind a trash in the 700 block of Lincolnway East. Three teenagers were sent home to finish juvenile court papers and released to their legal guardians.

At 7:13 p.m. Monday, Elkhart County police arrested 37-year-old Christopher Allen Neeley of Middlebury for possession of methamphetamine, resisting law enforcement, operating a vehicle while intoxicated, and possession of a controlled substance during a traffic stop on U.S. 20 east of C.R. 23 near Bristol. On Monday, Elkhart County police arrested Ian Michael Rodzankas, 29, 239 Timerbrook Circle, Bristol, for methamphetamine and synthetic drug possession.

Elkhart County police arrested Billy Joe Moore, 30, 982 North St., Ligonier, for methamphetamine selling Monday. Bristol police arrested 51-year-old Scott Bradley Mockler, 12930 C.R. 2, Middlebury, for driving while drunk Monday. Elkhart County police arrested Ronald Eugene Doran, 57, 304 Park Ave., Goshen, for methamphetamine possession Monday. On Monday, Nappanee police arrested 38-year-old Chad Kenneth Morningstar for driving under the influence.
