Ashley Henry Death, Obituary – An inquest has determined that the vehicle accident that resulted in the death of a two-year-old girl and her father was likely the result of a “deliberate” act. Both Ashley Henry and his daughter Oria Henry were killed on Father’s Day in Lincolnshire when the automobile that Ashley Henry was driving was involved in a collision with a lorry. At the scene in Anwick, both Mr. Henry, age 35, and his daughter were pronounced dead at the spot. Senior Coroner Paul Smith adjourned the inquests until a criminal case into the collision concluded.
At approximately 14:45 British Summer Time (BST) on June 18, Deputy Inspector Andy McWatt testified before the Lincoln Coroner’s Court that the police had received reports of a significant vehicle accident on the A153.
Information that a “car went head-on straight into a lorry” was included in the reports that were received.

According to Detective Inspector McWatt, “a criminal investigation has been launched into that incident” as a result of “therefore.” Previous statements made by the Lincolnshire Police Department indicated that they were not seeking for anyone else in connection with the crash.until the results of the police investigation are known, No family members attended the hearings, but Mr Smith offered his condolences to relatives of the deceased.
Rachael Leader, Oria’s mother, had stated on social media that her daughter had spent the weekend in Skegness with her father before her passing. This was before Oria passed away. In a statement that was released by Lincolnshire Police, Ms. Leader paid tribute to her daughter by saying that Oria had given her “so much light, love, and happiness.”investigation.
