Calvin Wright Death, Obituary – On Thursday, July 13, 2023, Calvin “Earl” Wright, who was 81 years old and a resident of Spring City, Missouri, passed away at his residence. He came into this world on July 30, 1941, and he never moved from the place he was born. He lived there for the entirety of his life. It was possible for Earl to finish his high school education at the Spring City campus.
Throughout the entirety of his career, which culminated in his retirement from TVA-Watts Bar, he was employed as a machinist. He enjoyed working on automobiles and farming in his spare time. Another passion that Earl took great pleasure in was hunting coons. The St. Clair Baptist Church, which is situated in Spring City, was his regular place of worship.
Earl was predeceased by both of his parents, Quinton TefferWright and Hazel TefferWright, as well as by his wife, Judy Carol Wright. His daughters Mary (Randy) Coley, Susan (Scott) Edwards, and Rachel Watson, all of whom reside in Madisonville, Tennessee.
His two step daughters Connie (Tim) Wright and Deanna (James) Harrison, both of which are located in Spring City, Tennessee; his brothers Muriel (Mildred) Wright, Thomas (Dorothy) Wright, Lloyd Wright, and Boyd (Carole) Wright, all of whom reside in Spring City, Tennessee; and his step granddaughter
On Monday, July 17, 2023, at 11:00 AM, funeral services will be performed in the Chapel of Vaughn Funeral Home in honour of the deceased. The Reverends Chris Morton and Jim Didlake will take turns serving as the ceremony’s presiding ministers. Following the conclusion of the funeral service, the burial will take place at the Spring City Cemetery.
On Sunday, July 16, 2023, the family will be present at the Vaughn Funeral Home to meet and greet guests beginning at five o’clock in the afternoon and continuing until seven o’clock in the evening.
