Chris Cammack Death, Obituary – When Chris Cammack joined Charles Tingey Associates (CTA) in 1976, it marked the beginning of his career in the commercial real estate industry. The office leasing and sales departments at CTA were where Chris spent the majority of his time while employed there. During the whole decade of the 1980s, he was employed in this field as a specialist by Coldwell Banker, which is now known as CBRE.
Chris leased and sold millions of square feet of commercial and industrial property across the San Joaquin Valley in the 1970s, 1980s, and 1990s. This activity took place during those three decades. This space could be found in a variety of different locales. Chris Cammack established Chris Cammack Company in the late 1990s and has since gone on to construct a wide variety of buildings all around the state of California, from Fontana to Red Bluff.
Chris made the decision to proceed with his real estate career in 2015 by signing on with Fortune Associates. This gave him the opportunity to collaborate with former employees as well as friends from his time spent in Fresno. Chris was in charge of various build-to-suit facilities for the state of California, including those for the Department of Motor Vehicles, the Department of Corrections, and the Department of Consumer Affairs (Bureau of Automotive Repair).
These are just a few examples. In addition to that, he finished a project for the General Services Administration (GSA) in downtown Fresno that was for the Bureau of Reclamation and the Fresno Chamber of Commerce. Chris has experience working with a wide variety of clients, including tenants and purchasers, such as PG&E, the Fresno Unified School District, State Farm Insurance, Standard Insurance, and TICOR. He has also worked with these insurance companies.
Chris spent four years getting his education at Fresno State University, where he eventually graduated with honors. He served in the Fresno Air National Guard, which is a component of the California Air National Guard. Chris has been happily married for the past 48 years, and he and his three children currently reside in Fresno, California. His preferred leisure activities include camping, fishing, skiing, and golfing. He also enjoys hiking and biking.
