Craig Eyrl Leggett Death, Obituary – In memory of our excellent member Craig Eyrl Leggett, who died away on June 19th, 2023, the members of Marine Rescue Lemon Tree Passage would like to pay their respects. Craig Eyrl Leggett passed away. In fond memories of our respected community member, who will be sorely missed by everybody.
Both Craig’s funeral and the memorial service that was organized in his honor took place on Friday, July 7th. During his time in the military, Craig had a career that was not only exceptionally successful but also highly regarded.
In addition, Craig served in South Vietnam not once, but twice, the first time with the 1st Royal Australian Regiment from 7 June 1965 until 7 December 1965 and the second time with the 1st Special Air Service Squadron from 18 February 1970 until 18 February 1971.
Both tours of duty spanned the period from 7 June 1965 until 7 December 1965 and 18 February 1970 until 18 February 1971 respectively. The location of these two tours of duty was South Vietnam in both cases.
In addition, during his entire life, Craig was a highly generous philanthropist to a diverse range of organizations and causes. He contributed a lot of money to these causes. Throughout the course of his life, Craig was a very busy individual who was successful in doing a great deal and amassing a lot of wealth.
All of our other volunteers are going to be deeply saddened by Craig’s passing because he was a Marine Rescue Lemon Tree Passage volunteer who was held in high esteem by his fellow workers and had a lot of friends there. Craig was a part of the group that we are talking about.
