Damian Hudson Arrest, Death – Huebner-Makurat, a 44-year-old woman who was a mother to two children, passed away as a result of being shot by a stray bullet. According to the police, a 32-year-old male from Toronto has been detained and charged with second-degree murder for his suspected participation in a gunshot in the east end that resulted in the death of an uninvolved spectator.
Thursday was the day when Damian Hudson made an appearance in court at the Toronto Regional Bail Centre. The 25th of July was set aside for the bail hearing. Karolina Huebner-Makurat, a mother of two children and 44 years old, passed away on July 7 in a hospital after being struck by a stray gunshot in the vicinity of Queen Street East and Carlaw Avenue in the neighborhood of Leslieville.
According to the police, the incident took place in the bustling area just before 12:30 p.m. following an altercation between three males that resulted in an exchange of gunfire between two of the guys. “Two of the males brandished handguns and fired them at each other,” the police stated. “The handguns were discharged at each other.” According to information provided by the police in an email to CBC Toronto, Hudson was subject to two release orders and three weapons restrictions at the time of the incident.
The pictures of all three suspects had been made public by the investigators in the past as part of a request for the assistance of the general public in identifying them. On Thursday, the police stated that they are still attempting to determine the identities of the other two guys engaged in the incident. It is stated that one of them is between 18 and 25 years old, of average height, of slender build, and has long hair that is pulled back into a ponytail.

According to the authorities, he was dressed in a black baseball cap, a black sweatshirt from North Face, dark-colored pants, and white sneakers. The second individual, depicted on the right side of the figure below, is thought to be between 18 and 25 years old, to be tall, and to have a lean body type. He was wearing a grey sweatshirt, dark jeans and dark shoes.
