Dante Cosentino Death, Obituary – Joseph C. Cosentino, age 70, of Wall, New Jersey, passed away on Sunday, August 13, 2017, amidst the care and support of his loved ones. Joe served in the Army during the Vietnam War after being born in Long Branch and going on to fight in Vietnam. Upon his return, he established a career as a hairdresser, which was not only a profession that he enjoyed, but also one in which he was quite successful.
The only thing that could compare to Joe’s passion for his Lord was the love and dedication he had for his family, friends, and community. Everyone who had the privilege of knowing him will grieve his passing greatly.
Susan, Joe’s first wife, passed away in 1990, and Constance, his second wife, passed away in 2009. He is survived by his sons, Jaycee Cosentino and wife Ellen of Manasquan, and Dante Cosentino and wife Leanne of Brick; his beloved fiancĂ© Susan Galbraith of Manalapan.
Also his granddaughters Veronica and Alexandra; his sister Linda Allen of Florida; as well as stepsons Justin Roy and wife Kacey and their sons Ben and Luke, and Josh Roy & wife Molly, and a large number of other loving relatives and friends. On Wednesday from 2:00 to 6:00 pm, a Memorial Gathering will take place at the O’Brien Funeral Home, which is located at 2028 Hwy. 35 in Wall. Wednesday at five o’clock there will be a Funeral Service.
The act of committing will be done in privacy. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to Shiloh Baptist Church, which can be found at 44 Union Avenue in Manasquan, New Jersey 08736.
