Don Mates Death, Obituary – Because of the assistance that was offered by M.A.I.D., Don Mates was able to pass away today in the Grande Prairie Regional Hospital in a calm and dignified manner. This was made possible by the hospital’s compassionate staff. When he breathed his last breaths and passed away, the members of both of his families who were closest to him in terms of affection and care were gathered at his bedside.
On the evening of Monday, July 17, the Jackpot Bar and Grill Banquet Hall will play host to a gathering that will have as its primary purpose the sharing of anecdotes, the enjoyment of laughing, and the consumption of alcoholic drinks among members of one’s immediate family and circle of close friends. This gathering will have as its primary objective the telling of anecdotes. The celebration will start at seven o’clock in the evening and continue on the same day, on the same night, until ten o’clock in the evening.
