Doug Klepper Obituary, Death – Doug M. Klepper, 59 years old, of Rogersville, Tennessee, passed away on Monday, November 15th, while at home at his tranquil residence. He made a fresh commitment to God at the Jenkins chapel church. He hung up his construction boots and retired from Fluor Daniels.
