Having spent most of his life in Florida, Mr. Meece was honorably discharged from the Marine Corps and went on to lead a fulfilling life surrounded by his loved ones.
Remembered as a devoted father, grandfather, and great-grandfather, James Meece cherished his family deeply. He had a passion for various hobbies and interests, including music, reading, movies, horse racing, sports, and golfing. However, he is survived by his partner of 38 years, Linda Mason, who stood by his side through thick and thin. James is also survived by his sons, Jared Mason and Beau Meece, as well as his daughter, Jennifer Moncada, and her husband, Fernando.
