Julius Thomas Obituary, Death – Mr. Julius Thomas, also known as “Uncle Frap,” was born on January 20, 1944 in Jacksonville, Florida, to Jeff and Ellaree Thomas, both of whom have since passed away. He graduated from Northwestern High School in the Duval County Public School system, where he had fulfilled all of the requirements for his formal education. From the beginning of the 1970s until the latter part of the 2000s, he worked for Consolidated Edison of New York, where he eventually retired.
Uncle Frap moved back to Jacksonville, where he had previously resided, and acquired a property there. There, he spent the remainder of his life relaxing and enjoying retirement. Along with spending time with his loved ones and friends, he relished the opportunity to watch classic black-and-white television shows and sports broadcasts.
Kisha Frap was the product of Uncle Frap’s union to Kathleen Thomas, which resulted in the birth of a daughter. His parents, Jeff and Ellaree Frederick Thomas, as well as his brothers Jeff Jr. “JT”, Robert “Bob” (Edna), and Lorenzo (Sandy), and his sisters Eugenia Thomas, Juanita Thomas Morris (Norman), and Yvonne Thomas Williams (Abraham), have all passed away before him.
He is survived by his daughter, Kisha Alisa Thomas, who lives in Jacksonville; one granddaughter, Konstanz Thomas Lucas, who lives in New York; an older brother, Edward Thomas Sr. (Adeline), who also lives in Jacksonville; and a large number of nephews, nieces, and other relatives. His legacy and memory will be cherished by all of them.
