Lesli Silvers Obituary, 69-year-old Native of Ponca City Oklahoma has passed away

Lesli Silvers Obituary, Death – Lesli Joan Silvers, age 69, passed away on July 10, 2023 in Ponca City, Oklahoma. She was a resident of Ponca City. Lesli Bookout was the daughter of Helen and Eugene Bookout, and she was born on October 20th, 1953 in the city of Ponca City. Lesli was a cherished member of her family as a mother, sister, grandmother, and great-grandmother. When Lesli was a kid, she went to school in Ponca City, and then after she graduated from high school, she went to Ponca City Beauty College. Her first job was in the beauty industry, and she had her own salon in Ponca City for a number of years.

During that period, she devoted her skills and energy to making other people feel more confident about their appearance. When Lesli was younger, she had a passion for horseback riding and riding horses. Additionally, she took pleasure in going on camping trips and family vacations with her parents and siblings in the states of Arkansas and Missouri. In addition, throughout her life, she always took pleasure in attending rodeos, concerts, and listening to music. Lesli leaves behind a legacy filled with love and memories that will be remembered forever.

Lesli is survived by her two daughters, Lerisa Dershem of Blackwell, Oklahoma, and Linsi Hastings and her husband Bobby Hastings of Edmond, Oklahoma. She is also survived by her sister Barbara Auld of Ponca City, Oklahoma, and her brother Steven Bookout of Ponca City, Oklahoma. She was a devoted grandmother to Shelby Ritchie, Alana Ramsey, Joshua Ramsey, Ryder Ritchie, Briana Ramsey, Brooklyn Hastings, Huntington Hastings, and Reagan Ramsey. She was also a doting great-grandmother to Maisie, Lliam, and Magnolia, in addition to having a number of nieces and nephews.

Shelby Ritchie, Alana Ramsey, Joshua Ramsey, Ryder Ritchie, Briana Ramsey, Huntington Hastings, and Reagan Ramsey are her grandchildren. After Lesli passed away, her parents and grandparents came before her in death. We will miss having their kind presence in our lives. Following the feast at noon on Monday, July 17th, there will be a service to celebrate Lesli’s life at 2:00 p.m. at the Ponca Indian Methodist Church in White Eagle. The event will be directed by Rev. Jim White, and it will be held at the Ponca Indian Methodist Church. There will be a memorial service held to celebrate her life and pay their respects to her memory.
