Nathan Schramke Obituary , Death – Nate Schramke Died at 75 in McLaren Bay Region on August 3, 2015. Floyd and Marie (Sokaitis) Schramke had him in Bay City on October 10, 1939. Don graduated from St. James High School in 1957 and the General Motors Institute in 1961. He retired as a General Motors-Powertrain engineer in 1992. Don joined Corpus Christi Parish-Holy Trinity Church. He married Janet M. Brancheau on August 13, 1960, who died October 6, 2006. He married Barbara Sullivan-Roth on October 22, 2011. Christine (Mark) Sandison, Mary (Fred) Edmond, Robert (April) Schramke, Laura (Scott) Kolanek; grandchildren:

Jonathan (Megan) and Katie Sandison, Sarah and Eric Edmond, David, Daniel, and Darcie Kolanek, Kylie and Nathan Schramke; his sister, Margie (Mike) Olk; sister-in-law, Shirley Schramke; Barb’s children: Cheryl (Brian) Root, Connie Roth-Kudrow, Carrie (Roger) Skrabut, and Steve (Lynette) Roth; step-grandchildren: Arielle Roth, Jaye, Alex, and Adeline He was predeceased by his parents, first wife, daughter Lynne, and brother Floyd “Bud” Schramke.

Corpus Christi Parish (Holy Trinity Church, 1008 S. Wenona, Bay City, MI) will host the Funeral Liturgy on Thursday, August 6, 2015 at 11:00 AM. Donald will lie in state at church Thursday after 10:00 AM. Rev. Robert S. Gohm will officiate the private St. Patrick Cemetery burial. Corpus Christi Parish or another charity can receive memorial donations. At the W. A. Trahan Funeral Chapel, visiting hours are Wednesday 3–8 PM, with the Vigil Prayer Service at 7:00 PM.
