Rita T. Davis Death, Obituary – Rita T. Davis, who was born in Rock Island and lived to the age of 43, passed away on March 27th, 2022. She had reached the age of 43 at the time of her passing. These days, the word “legend” is thrown around far too casually, but Rita is one person who rightfully deserves to be called such! She was a loyal member of both the football club and the boardroom over the more than 25 years that she served in those capacities.

During that period, she oversaw our very first admission into the Southern League and served as president of the club during that time. We are all going to feel terrible about her passing away.
