Rose Nolan Obituary, Death – visiting for Rose M. Nolan (née Udovic), age 93, will be held on Tuesday, October 4, 2022, from 5:00 PM until 8:00 PM at the Jakubs-Waite Funeral Home, located at 36000 Lakeshore Blvd., Eastlake. The funeral ceremony will be place on Wednesday, October 5, 2022, at 11:00 AM, and morning visiting will begin at 10:00 AM and continue until the time of the service. Rose M. Nolan will have passed away.
All Souls Cemetery will be the location of the interment.Rose was born on June 18, 1929, in Cleveland to Francis and Rose Theresa (nee Mismas) Udovic (both deceased) and passed away September 29, 2022.Rose enjoyed things such as reading, cooking, baking, animals, puzzles, card games, traveling, casinos, and spending time with her family. She also enjoyed spending time with her friends.Rose was the beloved wife of Arbia W. Bitner and Louis H. Nolan, both of whom passed away;
the loving mother of Arbia W. Bitner, Jr. (also passed away), James A. Bitner (also passed away), Karen Hurley, John J. Bitner (Ann), David Bitner (Jennifer), Brian Bitner (Kim), Diane Jones (Les), Randy Bitner, and Laura Helen Nolan; the cherished aunt, grandmother, and great grandmother of many; and theDonations in place of flowers can be sent to Hospice of the Western Reserve at 17876 St. Clair Ave., Cleveland, OH 44110 or to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital at 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105. Both of these institutions are dedicated to the research and treatment of pediatric catastrophic diseases.
