Scott Nathe Death, Obituary – Scott K. Nathe, age 50, of Sauk Centre, Minnesota, passed away suddenly on Sunday, August 15, 2021 in Sauk Centre, Minnesota. He was a resident of Minnesota. At 11 o’clock in the morning on Saturday, August 21, at Greenwood Cemetery in Sauk Centre, prayers were offered by Fr. Greg Paffel as part of a burial ceremony. The Little Sauk Legion Honor Guard was in charge of providing the military honors.

At the Patton-Schad Funeral Home in Sauk Centre, visitation took place on Friday from 4 to 8 o’clock in the evening. Scott On September 6, 1970, in the town of Sauk Centre, Minnesota, Kenneth Nathe was born to his parents, Kenneth and Betty (Hamann) Nathe. He enrolled in the Army Reserves during the summer of 1988 and reported to Fort Leonard Wood for initial training shortly thereafter. Scott received his diploma from Sauk Centre High School in the year 1989.

During the summer of 1989, he resumed his military training in Fort Lee, which was located in Virginia. He wed Shanna Kolling on July 26, 1997, and they were married for a total of 17 years together. for the time, he was employed for a Hanover company called Northern Lines Contracting. Little Sauk’s American Legion Post 417 counted Scott as a member of its ranks at one point. His favorite recreational activities included riding motorcycles, hunting, ice fishing, spearfishing, and roasting hogs.

His friendly grin and quick wit had an impact on a great number of individuals. He will be sorely missed by everyone. Those left behind are his children, Remington Nathe of Grey Eagle, Scout Nathe of Grey Eagle, and Regent Nathe of Sauk Centre; his ex-wife, Shanna Nathe of Sauk Centre; his mother, Betty Nathe of Osakis; his sister Melissa (Mike) Johnson of Osakis; his brother Daniel (Kay) Nathe of Long Prairie; and his sister Michelle Nathe of Sauk Centre; and his significant other, Maggie Stepan of Sauk Centre.

Kenneth Nathe, Scott’s father, as well as his grandparents, his great-grandmother Joyce Rutherford, and his uncles Richard Nathe and Paul Nathe, all passed away before Scott. Mike Johnson, Daniel Nathe, Brad Ritter, John Wiener, Dusty Ilgen, and Jeff Otte acted in the capacity of coffin bearers during the funeral service. Patton-Schad Funeral & Cremation Services of Sauk Centre was contacted in order to make the necessary arrangements.
