Wilma Long, 82, And 83-Year-Old Robert Richard Long Obituary, Death – An accident that occurred on westbound Interstate 74 in Harrison claimed the lives of two persons. In an incident that occurred on Wednesday near Harrison on Interstate 74, the Hamilton County Coroner’s Office reported that two persons, Robert Long, age 83, and Wilma Long, age 82, were killed. The crash caused the highway to be closed in both directions.
According to a tweet sent out by ODOT at 4:11 p.m., the route was opened up again. There has been no word from the authorities on the number of automobiles involved or whether or not anyone else was hurt. McKibben and Guinn Funeral Service in Grenada is where the funeral service will take place at 11:00 AM on Monday, June 5, 2023. Reverend William Tribble and Reverend Tim Winters will preside over the ceremony. After the service, interment will take place in the Holcomb Cemetery. On Monday, members of the family and friends will assemble at McKibben & Guinn from 10:00 AM until the start of the ceremony.
Her father, Fred Dunn, of Grenada, is one of the survivors, as are her grandparents, Mary Busby and Joe Timbs, both of Duck Hill; her three sisters, Summer Busby and Stormy Carroll of Duck Hill and Teresa Dunn of Grenada; her two brothers, Jayden Busby of Duck Hill and Devin Dunn of Grenada; her aunts, Brandice Busby and Leigh Ann Wilkey(Brian); and a large number of cousins. She was born on September 19, 1993.
Her mother, Morrissa Busby, as well as her grandpa, Morris Busby, and an aunt, Charity Greer, had all passed away before she was born. Riley Busby, Stormy Carroll, Devin Dunn, Dakota Greer, Dallas Greer, and Ryan Pannell will serve as pallbearers for the funeral service. Jayden Busby, Summer Busby, Teresa Dunn, Janice Edwards, Alex Englebert, Connor Englebert, Zack Englebert, and Draken Greer will serve as honorary pallbearers at the funeral service.
